POLYFUZE ADVANTAGE

MONO MATERIAL LABELING FOR PLASTICS.

IDENTITY, BUILT IN.

Polyfuze was developed to solve the mismatch between modern plastics and traditional labels. By fusing identity into compatible polyolefin materials, it delivers permanent durability, traceability, and circularity.

MOLECULAR INTEGRATION

INTEGRATION, NOT ADHESION

POLYFUZE DOES NOT RELY ON ADHESIVES.

Using controlled pressure and heat, compatible polyolefin graphics are fused directly into the product surface, creating a mono material structure where identity becomes part of the material itself. When compatibility exists at the polymer level, durability follows naturally.

MATERIALS

MATERIAL COMPATIBILITY.

BUILT FOR POLYOLEFINS

Polyfuze is engineered specifically for polyolefin materials including HDPE, PP, TPO, UHMWPE, EVA, TPE, TPV, Structural Foam, SEBS, and engineered derivatives. Because the graphic and substrate are chemically compatible, identity is integrated directly into the material itself — enabling long-term durability across demanding operating environments. Every Polyfuze graphic is custom engineered to the product and material application.

LONG-TERM PERFORMANCE

PLASTIC REPELS ADHESIVE.

AT THE MOLECULAR LEVEL, POLYOLEFINS ARE ENGINEERED TO RESIST BONDING.

Their low surface energy helps repel moisture, chemicals, abrasion, and environmental stress — which is exactly why traditional adhesive systems struggle to maintain long-term performance. Surface energy measures the molecular attraction between materials and is commonly expressed in dynes/cm. Polyfuze approaches the problem differently by integrating compatible materials together at the polymer level rather than relying on surface attachment.

WHY STICKERS FAIL ON PLASTIC

SURFACE ENERGY DETERMINES HOW WELL A LABEL BONDS.

HDPE AND PP HAVE EXTREMELY LOW SURFACE ENERGY MAKING IT DIFFICULT FOR TRADITIONAL LABELS TO STICK.

Relative bonding potential: steel, aluminum and glass have higher surface energy and are easier to bond; HDPE, PP and Teflon have low surface energy and are harder to bond.

REAL-WORLD RESULTS

PROVEN ACROSS DEMANDING ENVIRONMENTS.

PERMANENT IDENTITY, ENGINEERED FOR REAL-WORLD PERFORMANCE.

From reusable packaging and industrial systems to outdoor products and automotive components, Polyfuze remains integrated and readable through abrasion, chemicals, wash cycles, UV exposure, weather, and time. Explore the applications—and results—behind the technology.

AFTER YEARS IN SERVICE

PERFORMANCE OVER TIME

MOST LABELING SYSTEMS PERFORM WELL IMMEDIATELY AFTER APPLICATION.

The real difference appears over time through abrasion, wash cycles, chemicals, UV exposure, and daily use. This comparison evaluates identity technologies across durability, readability, sustainability, and lifecycle cost.

POLYFUZE AFTER YEARS OF SERVICE

The crate may show wear. The identification does not.

TRADITIONAL SURFACE LABELS

When identification depends on surface adhesion, wear becomes a liability.

POLYFUZE AFTER YEARS OF SERVICE

The crate may show wear. The identification does not.

Branding remains recognizable. QR codes remain functional. Track-and-trace data remains accessible. No peeling, edge lift, or delamination. Identification remains part of the asset.

TRADITIONAL SURFACE LABELS

When identification depends on surface adhesion, wear becomes a liability.

Labels scratch and abrade. Graphics become difficult to read. QR codes become unreliable. Edge lift and delamination can occur. Asset identification degrades over time.

DECKED

PERMANENT IDENTIFICATION FOR OUTDOOR STORAGE SYSTEMS

The Apple of Truck Storage Systems Needed Identity to Match. DECKED built its reputation on durability. From branding and instructions to serial numbers and product identification, every graphic needed to perform with the same long-term reliability as the product itself.

EPR

CIRCULAR BY DESIGN

CIRCULARITY DEPENDS ON MATERIAL PURITY AND LIFECYCLE BEHAVIOR — NOT SUSTAINABILITY CLAIMS.

Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) identity shouldn't become waste. Polyfuze integrates it directly into compatible polyolefin materials, eliminating adhesive labels and secondary films.

THE POLYFUZE SUCCESS SYSTEM

EVERY PROJECT IS DIFFERENT.

THE PATH IS STRUCTURED.

The Success System moves projects from first question to confident production, one answer at a time.

EQUIPMENT INTEGRATION

DESIGNED FOR PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENTS

MOST POLYFUZE IMPLEMENTATIONS UTILIZE DEDICATED APPLICATION EQUIPMENT INTEGRATED DIRECTLY INTO THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS.

Operationally similar to hot stamp systems, Polyfuze equipment provides tighter control of heat, pressure, and graphic detail to create permanent mono-material identity structures within the product surface itself.
