POLYFUZE TECHNOLOGY

PLASTIC EVOLVED.

LABELS DIDN’T.

Polyfuze Fusion Labeling™ integrates identity directly into plastics using heat and pressure, creating permanent mono material graphics.

MOLECULAR INTEGRATION

POLYFUZE® PERMANENT IDENTIFICATION

ENGINEERED FOR POLYEFINS

Polyfuze branding, track+ trace and QR codes are fused directly into compatible polyolefins, creating durable identification built to withstand years of handling, transport, washing, and reuse.

AFTER YEARS IN SERVICE

PERFORMANCE OVER TIME

MOST LABELING SYSTEMS PERFORM WELL IMMEDIATELY AFTER APPLICATION.

The real difference appears over time through abrasion, wash cycles, chemicals, UV exposure, and daily use. This comparison evaluates identity technologies across durability, readability, sustainability, and lifecycle cost.

POLYFUZE AFTER YEARS OF SERVICE

The crate may show wear. The identification does not.

TRADITIONAL SURFACE LABELS

When identification depends on surface adhesion, wear becomes a liability.

POLYFUZE AFTER YEARS OF SERVICE

The crate may show wear. The identification does not.

Branding remains recognizable. QR codes remain functional. Track-and-trace data remains accessible. No peeling, edge lift, or delamination. Identification remains part of the asset.

TRADITIONAL SURFACE LABELS

When identification depends on surface adhesion, wear becomes a liability.

Labels scratch and abrade. Graphics become difficult to read. QR codes become unreliable. Edge lift and delamination can occur. Asset identification degrades over time.

MOLECULAR INTEGRATION

THE SCIENCE OF MATERIAL INTEGRATION

INTEGRATION, NOT ADHESION.

Using controlled pressure, heat, and compatible polyolefin materials, Polyfuze® graphics are fused PERMANENTLY into the plastic substrate.

NO ADHESIVES. NO LABELS. NO DELAMINATION.

An ultra-durable, mono material label built for the life of the asset. At the interface, polymer chains interlock to create a permanent bond that becomes part of the product, not a separate surface-applied label.

THE RESULT IS DURABLE IDENTIFICATION DESIGNED TO RESIST PEELING, EDGE LIFT, DELAMINATION, AND ADHESIVE FAILURE.

WATCH HOW IT WORKS

HEAT + PRESSURE = PERMANENCE.

HEAT.

Activating the Polymer. Precise heat softens compatible polyolefin materials at the interface. This allows polymer chains to mobilize without degrading the base material.

PRESSURE.

Aligning materials, Pressure ensures full, uniform contact between activated surfaces, so polymer chains can interlock consistently across every cycle.

PERMANENCE.

Becoming One Material System. As the material cools, the integrated structure stabilizes into a single mono-material component. There is no adhesive, no edges to lift, and no interface to degrade.

A NEW ERA

WHY POLYFUZE EXISTS

MATERIALS EVOLVED. LABELS DIDN’T

As manufacturers transitioned from traditional materials to engineered plastics, conventional labeling methods struggled to keep pace. Polyfuze was developed to solve this challenge.

THE TRADITIONAL ERA

Most traditional labels were developed for metal, glass, painted surfaces, and high-surface-energy materials.

THE PLASTICS ERA

Modern products increasingly rely on HDPE, polypropylene, TPO, UHMWPE, and other engineered plastics specifically designed to resist bonding.

WHY LABELS FAIL.

MOST LABELS ARE DESIGNED FOR IDEAL CONDITIONS.

The real world brings abrasion, chemicals, UV exposure, weather, and time. Eventually, surface-applied labels peel, fade, and fail—especially on plastics designed to resist bonding. Explore why labels fail and how material integration changes the equation.

THE MOST SUSTAINABLE PRODUCT IS THE ONE THAT KEEPS PERFORMING

EXTENDED PRODUCER RESPONSIBILITY (EPR)

Products designed for long service life generate less waste. The same is true for product identity. Permanent identity reduces replacement labels, maintenance events, labor, and material consumption while supporting circular product systems.
