ENGINEERING SERVICES - FOR APPLICATION + PRODUCTION
You Don’t Have to Build the SYSTEM Alone.
Polyfuze Engineering Services gives customers a choice in how the application is produced, where it is produced, and how much support is needed to get there. Same technology. Different paths to production.
PATHS TO PRODUCTION
First We Prove It. Then We Decide How to Produce It.
Engineering Services does not start with a machine.
The Polyfuze Success System first defines the application and validates material compatibility, graphic design, and required performance. Once the application is proven, Integrate is where the production decisions begin.
During Integration, we answer two practical questions: Who should apply the graphics? And how much help does your team need doing it? Those answers create the Engineering Services plan.
POLYFUZE APPLICATION SERVICES
Your Floor. Our Floor. Or Your Partner’s.
There is no requirement that every Polyfuze customer own application equipment.
01—POLYFUZE APPLICATION SERVICES
Send Us the Part. WE GOT THIS.
Polyfuze manages application as a production service. This can be an effective path for lower volumes, initial programs, specialized applications, or customers who simply prefer not to bring another process in-house.
Best fit when
Lower internal workload and a managed production solution matter most.
Polyfuze can support: part sourcing or coordination, graphic application, quality requirements, and finished-part delivery.

02—CUSTOMER APPLICATION
Bring the Capability In-House.
For manufacturers that want direct production control, Polyfuze application equipment can become part of the customer’s operation.
We help configure the system around the part, graphic, workflow, production requirements, and capabilities already in the plant.
Best fit when
Production control, recurring volume, internal expertise, or long-term process ownership matter most.
03 - PARTNER APPLICATION
Use the Supply Chain You Already Have.
Sometimes the best place for application is neither Polyfuze nor the customer’s facility.
A qualified molder, extruder, contract manufacturer, or other production partner may already have the people, equipment, and workflow needed to integrate the process efficiently.
Polyfuze works with the customer and manufacturing partner to validate the application and establish the production process.
Best fit when
Existing supplier infrastructure provides the simplest path to production.
CHOOSING THE RIGHT PRODUCTION PARTNER
The Molder Matters. So Does the Extruder.
Graphics are often considered late in product development. They shouldn’t be.
Material formulation, molding process, surface geometry, texture, graphic location, release chemistry, and production workflow can all influence the final identity system.
Polyfuze works with qualified molders, extruders, equipment manufacturers, and process specialists to bring those decisions together earlier.
Already have a manufacturing partner? We’ll work with them. Need one? We can help identify a partner with the right process experience and capabilities.
Why earlier is better
Bringing identity into the design conversation earlier can simplify material selection, graphic placement, tooling, validation, and production integration.
Design the identity with the product—not after it.
EQUIPMENT INTEGRATION
The Part Chooses the Machine.
WE HAVE A NETWORK OF EQUIPMENT PARTNERS
Part geometry, graphic size and location, production volume, cycle requirements, existing equipment, automation, and operator workflow all influence the right configuration.
That may mean new equipment. It may mean modifying equipment already in the operation. It may mean placing equipment with an existing manufacturing partner.

ENGINEERING NOTE
Already Hot Stamping?
Tell us. Existing equipment, operator experience, tooling knowledge, and production infrastructure can significantly change the integration plan.
PROCESS DEVELOPMENT
A Machine Is Not a Process.
An approved sample proves the application. Production requires repeatability.
Polyfuze Engineering Services connects the two through process development, tooling, operating parameters, production trials, quality expectations, and operator training.
THE OBJECTIVE IS STRAIGHTFORWARD: ESTABLISH A PROCESS YOUR PRODUCTION TEAM UNDERSTANDS AND CAN RUN CONSISTENTLY.

SUPPORT LEVELS
How Much Help Do You Need?
This is not really a technology question. It’s an experience question.
A team already operating hot-stamp equipment needs something very different from a manufacturer adding a new application capability for the first time.
Polyfuze Engineering Services is structured around three levels of support.
GIVE US THE SPECS
BASIC
For experienced teams that have the people and application knowledge to integrate largely independently.
Typical support includeS proof-of-concept validation, artwork, technical assistance, equipment guidance, online operator training, and limited remote engineering support.
Best for:
Experienced production teams.
A LITTLE HELP HERE
GUIDED
For capable teams that want hands-on support during equipment setup, training, and initial production.
Guided support builds on Basic with a detailed integration plan, equipment and tooling review, on-site implementation assistance, hands-on operator training, startup validation, and post-launch review.
Best for:
Teams with production capability but limited experience with the Polyfuze process.
PUT US ON THE TEAM
EMBEDDED
For organizations establishing a new capability. Polyfuze involved through production stabilization.
Embedded support can include implementation management, tooling-supplier coordination, commissioning, multi-day operator training, production-launch oversight, quality and process guidance, and optimization.
Best for:
Teams building the capability from the ground up.
SUPPORT
Production Started. We’re Still Here.
Engineering Services do not disappear after commissioning.
Questions happen. Operators change. Materials change. Equipment needs adjustment. A new graphic enters production. Polyfuze remains available for engineering support, troubleshooting, training, process optimization, material changes, and new applications.
Because production support isn’t an implementation phase. It’s part of the system.
THE TECHNOLOGY
HOW IT WORKS.
INTEGRATION, NOT ADHESION.
