START WITH WHAT YOU KNOW
A project usually begins with a part, a graphic, or a problem. Sometimes all three. We start by understanding the role of the identity and the life the product will actually live.
Is the graphic carrying a brand? Instructions? A serial number? A barcode? Safety information?
Will the product live outside? Be washed? Dragged across a floor? Exposed to chemicals? Scanned thousands of times? The answers help define the application.
If you don’t know all of them yet, that’s fine. We’ll work through them together.

Chemistry gets the first vote. Testing gets the second. Polyfuze begins by understanding the material, then develops the application and produces samples for evaluation. The test plan should reflect the product’s real life.

TEST THE LIFE THE PRODUCT ACTUALLY LIVES
More testing is not always better testing. A reusable container may need wash, abrasion, and scan testing. An outdoor product may require UV and weather exposure. An automotive component may face chemicals, heat, cold, and long service requirements.
“HDPE” IS A STARTING POINT
Resin grade, additives, fillers, colorants, and processing history can change how two seemingly identical parts behave. Real conditions create useful answers; the validation plan should focus on the conditions the product will actually encounter.
