TRAINING + GUIDES
Your Part. Your Process. Your Training.
Permanent identity is engineered around the application.
Training should be too.
Polyfuze applications can differ by material, part geometry, graphic placement, tooling, equipment, and production workflow. That makes generic operator training useful for understanding the fundamentals—but not for establishing a production process. Through the Polyfuze Success System, training is developed around the application that has already been defined, validated, and integrated.
TRAINING STARTS AFTER VALIDATION
THE POLYFUZE SUCCESS SYSTEM
First We Prove the Process. Then Teach It.
START WITH THE FUNDAMENTALS
HEAT. PRESSURE. TIME. CONTROL.
These resources are useful for understanding how the process works. They are not a substitute for the operating parameters, tooling, equipment setup, and procedures established for a specific production application.
Polyfuze Engineering Services
Three Levels Of Training
The Right Training Depends on the Team.
Some customers already operate hot-stamp or similar application equipment and need specifications and reference material. Others are building a completely new capability. Polyfuze training follows the same three support levels used throughout Engineering Services.
GIVE US THE SPECS.
BASIC
For experienced teams that have the people and application knowledge to integrate largely independently.
Typical support includes application-readiness review, proof-of-concept validation, artwork and technical assistance, equipment guidance, heating-element specifications, tooling guidance, digital operator training, and remote engineering support.
Best for:
Experienced production teams.
Work Through Launch With Us.
GUIDED
For capable teams that want hands-on support during equipment setup, training, and initial production.
Guided support builds on Basic with a detailed integration plan, equipment and tooling review, on-site implementation assistance, hands-on operator training, startup validation, and post-launch review.
Best for:
Teams with production capability but limited experience with the Polyfuze process.
Put Us on the Team.
EMBEDDED
For organizations establishing a new application capability and wanting Polyfuze involved through production stabilization.
Embedded support can include implementation management, tooling-supplier coordination, commissioning, multi-day operator training, production-launch oversight, quality and process guidance, and optimization.
Best for:
Teams building the capability from the ground up.
Customer Specific Training
EVERY CUSTOMER GETS THEIR OWN TRAINING GUIDE
Built Around the Process They're Actually Running.
As part of customer training, Polyfuze records the actual training session and production setup. That creates a customer-specific reference showing:
YOUR MACHINE
YOUR TOOLING
YOUR PART
YOUR PROCESS
The customer receives the training video as an ongoing reference for operators, refresher training, and future team members.
“We don't hand you a generic training video for someone else's production line.”
