United States Representative For District 4 Offers Support To Growing Arizona Based Manufacturer

On Wednesday May 5, 2021, Mold in Graphic Systems / Polyfuze Graphics Corporation was delighted to receive a visit from United States Representative / Paul Gosar, which included a short reception in the company’s new “Mission Control” area, followed by a tour of the company’s production facility.

Congressman Gosar was joined by District Director / Penny Pew who were both very generous with their time to meet with MIGS / PGC employees. Being the only company in the world who manufactures Polymer Fusion labeling, team members took great pride to provide product demonstrations and explain their role within the unique manufacturing organization.  

Among the items discussed during the tour, was how to connect with people in the Verde Valley region about joining this growing organization for a career in manufacturing. MIGS Director of HR / Tonya Brogdon commented, “We are looking for individuals to join our talented manufacturing team! We have a great culture with an average tenure of 10.5 years. We offer full benefits with paid time off.”

Although Mold in Graphic System / Polyfuze Graphic Corporation serves customers around the world and has regular visitors to the company’s Northern Arizona campus, only a small number of people have ever been permitted to see the company’s production area.

For this special visit, MIGS / PGC was proud to extend the tour into their manufacturing environment to help Congressman Gosar and District Director Pew better understand the company’s unique process for making Polymer Fusion Labels. Upon seeing the production area, and the commitment MIGS / PGC employees devote to LEAN / Six Sigma methodology, District Director Pew commented, “MIGS team is top notch”.
