Polyfuze Graphics Corporation® Credit Terms:

Thank you for choosing POLYFUZE GRAPHICS® CORPORATION. This document outlines the Payment Terms, Credit Terms, Payment Responsibility, Interest and Fees, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Severability, and Governing Law and Jurisdiction provided by POLYFUZE GRAPHICS® CORPORATION for all credit accounts.

Payment Terms

Following Business Credit Approval, your company will be granted NET 30 day terms. POLYFUZE GRAPHICS® CORPORATION accepts only USD currency.

1. Credit Terms

By opening a credit account with POLYFUZE GRAPHICS® CORPORATION, the Customer agrees to the following terms:

• The credit account is opened in the Customer’s name.
• The Customer consents to the sharing and gathering of their credit information by POLYFUZE GRAPHICS® CORPORATION and its agents.
• The Customer accepts responsibility for all charges made to the account and agrees to pay all invoices promptly in accordance with the payment terms established at the time of account approval.

2. Payment Responsibility

The Customer is responsible for ensuring timely payment of all amounts due under the terms of the account. Payments are due within 30 days unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. A monthly interest charge of 1.5% will be applied to any overdue amounts. If payments are late, POLYFUZE GRAPHICS® CORPORATION reserves the right to charge an additional 25% fee on the overdue amount to cover collection efforts.

3. Late Fees and Collection Costs

In the event that the Customer fails to make payments as agreed, POLYFUZE GRAPHICS® CORPORATION will impose a late payment interest charge of 1.5% per month. An additional fee of 25% of the overdue balance will be charged to cover the Company’s collection efforts. Should legal action become necessary to recover unpaid balances, an additional fee equivalent to 33% of the due balance will be charged as attorney fees, whether or not a lawsuit is filed.

4. Disclaimer

POLYFUZE GRAPHICS® CORPORATION makes no guarantee that any credit account will remain open or active. The Company reserves the right to modify or withdraw credit terms at any time based on the Customer’s payment history or financial standing.

5. Limitation of Liability

POLYFUZE GRAPHICS® CORPORATION expressly disclaims liability for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Customer’s credit account.

6. Waiver of Claims

By opening and maintaining a credit account, the Customer waives all claims against POLYFUZE GRAPHICS® CORPORATION, including its officers, directors, agents, or employees, related to the use of the credit account.

7. Severability

If any part of these Credit Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Credit Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable federal law. Any disputes arising from the use of the Customer’s credit account will be resolved in Yavapai County, Arizona, or in a federal court of competent jurisdiction in Arizona.

By opening an account and agreeing to these terms, the Customer confirms they understand and accept the terms of this Credit Agreement.
